Only download one of these tools when a TrubeTech technician asks you to do so. Your technician will tell you whether to use TrubeTech SOS or TrubeTech Remote.
If you are not currently working with TrubeTech support, please do not install either option.
TrubeTech SOS
Use this option only when you have been asked to start a one-time remote support session. This is intended for temporary help while you are actively working with a technician.
TrubeTech Remote
Use this option only when TrubeTech has instructed you to install ongoing remote access for a managed computer. This is typically used for retained support or devices that need continued maintenance.
After Downloading
- Open the downloaded installer from your browser or Downloads folder.
- Follow the prompts shown on your screen.
- Stay with your technician until they confirm the session or installation is complete.
